The directors of Safran Immobilier have more than thirty years’ experience in property development and have completed major projects in Bordeaux, Paris and Corsica. Safran Immobilier develops around 600 to 800 residential units each year and have under management 1,800 apartments.

Safran Landcorp brings together two complementary partners, each with its specific set of competencies, namely Safran Immobilier and Landcorp Capital. Safran Landcorp is currently developing the Akasha Villas project in Tamarin, a luxury property development for international buyers, 678 urban apartments in Ebene, The View Marguery Villas on the West Coast and has entered into an agreement to acquire the major shareholding in the owning company of Villa Caroline Hotel, located on the well known Flic en Flac beachfront.
